By visiting our web site, you agree that the laws of the country where inteshop is based, without regard to principles of conflict of law, will govern the conditions of use and any other disputes that might arise between you and inteshop.
- Products
Inteshop policy is one of ongoing product update and revision. Inteshop may revise and discontinue products at any time.
- Shipping Charges; Taxes; Laws
The Prices of the item(s) ordered are displayed at Inteshop's Site and in the customers shopping cart, and are quoted in the currency selected by the Customers. The default currency is in US Dollars. The prices displayed exclude any form of taxes. All taxes and custom duties which may incur in the process of shipment at the destination country shall be bear by the customer. Inteshop ships to more than 100 countries worldwide and the laws will varies from country to country for what products are allowed and not allowed. The Customer shall be responsible to ensure that items purchased are legal and allowed within the laws of their respective country and also the country that customer may request Inteshop to ship Items to. Inteshop shall not be responsible should there be any loss as a result of taxes or confiscation of goods by customs. The delivery charges payable shall be calculated in Customer’s Shopping Cart. Inteshop uses third party for delivery of the items. Items will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. While Inteshop will take all efforts to procure the expeditious delivery of the items to the customers, Inteshop does not represent or warrant that the items will be delivered to the Customer within the time frames quoted on our website. The delivery time frame specified in the customer shopping carts is indicative only and shall not be an obligation on us or the carrier. If the Customer fails to take delivery of the items or fails to enable Inteshop or the carrier to make delivery (whether by refusal or failure to provide any or proper instructions, authorization, information, payment etc), delivery shall be deemed to have taken place upon the carrier of inteshop giving notice to the Customer of such delivery whereupon risk in the items shall pass immediately to the customer. The Customer shall reimburse Inteshop all costs and expenses (including but not limited to transport, storage and insurance charges) incurred by us as a result of your failure or refusal to take physical delivery.
- Return Policies; Exchanges; Refunds
Inteshop understands that in various situations after purchasing an item, not all customers may be completely happy with theirs goods. Inteshop will allow all goods sold to be returned or exchanged for other goods (unless otherwise stated in the product description). The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of all returns which will also include re-stocking fees (Up to Max of 20%) if applicable. All returns must be sent via UPS, DHL or any courier that issues a tracking or registered control number. On a case by case basis, Inteshop will decide whether to exchange the return goods with other goods, make a direct replacement or issue a cash refund. Shipping charges are ONLY refundable if we have shipped the wrong item(s) to you.
- Warranties
Inteshop does not manufacture most of the sold item(s), but in fact sources them from various suppliers and manufacturers for your convenience and cost effectiveness. As such, Inteshop does not make representations or warranties of any kind in relation to the item(s). All warranties and representations, whether express or implied (including warranties as to merchantability and fitness for purpose) are hereby excluded. However, Inteshop will pass on the manufacturer’s or the supplier’s warranty to the customer, where available.
- Service and Support
Inteshop endeavors to provide the best customer and technical support for the products that are currently on sale or products sold. However, Inteshop’s support people may not be able to understand or resolve any given problem. Service Offerings may vary from product to product.
- User Comments, Feedback and other Submissions
All comments, feedbacks, suggestions, ideas and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Inteshop in connection with your use of this site (Collectively, "Comments") shall remain Inteshop's property. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments shall constitute an assignment to inteshop of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the comments. Thus Inteshop will own exclusively all such rights, titles and interest and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any comments. Inteshop is and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay to user any compensation for any Comments; or (3) to respond to any user's Comments
You agree that no Comments submitted by you to the site will violate any right of third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s). You further agree that no Comments submitted by you to the site will contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material. You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any comments you make. You may not use a false email, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of the content. Inteshop reserves the right to remove or edit any comments.
You agree that inteshop may use and/or disclose information about your demographics and use of the site in any manner that does not reveal your identity. By participating in Site Contest, Promotions, and/or requesting for promotional information or product updates, you agree that Inteshop may use your information for marketing and promotional purposes.

From time to time, there may be information on inteshop.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or to update information at any time without prior notice. (Including after you have submitted your order) We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
- Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold inteshop harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney's fee, arising from or related to your use of the site.
