Q: Can I do a self-collection for the goods which I have just purchased?
A: No. All our sales transactions are done online and shipped out accordingly to shipping method which you have paid for.

Q: Why are the shipping charges so expensive?
A: This is not true. All Shipping Charges are based on actual shipping rates and a small fees for handling charges. We will never over-charge our customers. 

Q: How do I check the shipping charges?
A: When you have selected the items to purchase, please check-out to find the shipping charges that you will have to pay. For all customers, multiple units or combined purchased is recommended so that you can save on shipping charges.

Q: How would I know that my order has been accepted?
A: We will send you an email within 1-2 hrs upon receiving your order. .

Q: When are the goods shipped out?
A: We will strive to send out all orders within 2 working days upon receipt of your payment confirmation.

Q: Can I pay in UK Pound and ship to Australia?
A: All items will be shipped out Only to the country which you have first registerd with us when you sign up. You may change address but it must be within the same country. For other countries, we will reserve the rights as to whether to ship the item to you.

Q: How long will I get a reply from my enquiry (thru Contact Us)?
A: Inteshop.com value all their customers but will not guarantee that all questions will be answer. Priority will be given to our registered customers and we will strive to answer all the questions from our registered customers.
