FAQ Q. Where do I find the downloaded file ? A. Save the downloaded file into any subfolder of your My Documents folder, or other easy-to-find location. Just be sure to remember the location for retrieval of the installation file. Note: We recommend using a subfolder since this will contain the additional files that are extracted during the driver install process. Q. Why can?t I open the downloaded file ? A. The file format for most of the downloadable files is .RAR which requires a WinRAR or WinZip etc ( which is free downloadable software ) to open, if you do not have such a software installed on your pc, please search the internet to get one. Q. How to decompress the file and install the driver ? A. When the download is finished, right click the file, select Decompress here or Decompress to select a location to keep the file. After decompression is finished, you can either 1) Click Open Folder, or navigate to the folder you chose above and locate the installer file. 2) or plug the device to pc and when the hardware installation wizard appears , please select ?install it from a list ?.?,then click next, tick ? include this location in the search?, click Browse to select the location where the driver file is, then next, wait a little while , it should find the content needed for installation.
